Guess the R4DS was real. I was just being stupid. Did some more research, learned that it helps to format the micro. lol. Now I have COLORS on both a ds and an ipod. Wow. Too many choices. There is a difference though. The DS version allows you to zoom in and create more detail thanks to the stylis. Using a finger is a bit harder. But, I will try my best with both.

So, the plan to use COLORS on my ds has gone up on smoke. The R4 I ordered turned out to be a fake and won't work. Guess they don't really make them anymore because their are soooo many fakes on the markey right now. So be careful if you want to go that route.

I love my family. They surprised me with an Ipod touch. Which can use the COLORS program. All of my problems are solved. And the company will give me a refund. WOO!

Also, I got to expierience ren faire. I love it and may need to make it a habit. Cassidy and Chris were there too and showed my an awesome shop with some amazing leather work. Cass wants to use one of their dresses for her costume. I need to rethink mine.

Sorry for not updating in a while. Had alot going on. Carl had TISCA last weekend. Anyone who has gone to a two day swimmeet knows that you have to spend the next day doing nothing. Also, Chrono Trigger came out for the DS. It will consume my soul until the end of the world. Best RPG ever made. One of the reasons I want to do concept art infact.

Also, been having some medical stuff going on. My ALT level came back high again. Doctor wants to check it out. Got an ultrasound on the 2nd. Hope it's nothing serious.

On a lighter note, I'll be using COLORS, the awesome homebrew painter program for the DS soon. This is awesome. I love my DS and have been searching for years for a digital sketchbook. Now, they are one and the same. Will be posting what I do with it. Can't wait.

Spent all day saturday at a swim meet for my brother. Kat was nice enough to come and provide much needed company. Decided on what I'm going to do for Jannika for Christmas. She loves dragons. A Dragon Riders of Pern theme seemed good. Did some nice sketches. Not going to post the final version just in chase she sees this. Did some anatomy work too.

Did some faces today. Need to do this more. Some zombies from Shaun of the Dead. Need more zombie research material.

Learned that sucessful people have at least 10,000 hours of practice devoted towards their craft. I did the calculations. I need about 3,000 more. That means drawing 8 hours a day for the next year, or 4 hours a day for the next two years. Wow. I'd better start.
