Why do I always turn to 30STM when given a gig assignment?

Went to a life drawing session in Austin today. That was interesting. Ten min of gestures and two, one hour poses. Done so I could make up an absense in Illustration Tech.

Back from Anime Fest with some exciting news! We won first in the Master's division for our Silent Hill walk on! It was an amazing experience, I just wish our masks had allowed us to see it better. I'll post pictures as soon as I can find them.
Back at school, been doing life drawing and enjoying it again. Also, here's my first poster for Poster Design. I picked Art Nouveau and that translated into Mucha. The topic could be anything, so I picked what was on my mind at the time. Green Lantern. I felt that the energy could look like the hair from some of Mucha's pieces.

Just a couple days! The group plans on leaving friday morning. Saves more money that way. Three nights is expensive enough as it is.  Kuno will be coming over the night before to get everything packed and ready for an early departure in the morning. There will be no relaxing when we get there though. Seems the walk ons are that very night! So we'll need to get unpacked and changed ASAP. The rehearsal is at 5 and the show is at 8. I'm really feeling good about what we've got. Especially Carl's. Some of the pictures we taken so far of him have been amazing! Seriously! I can't wait to post some stuff! I'm so proud of what we've made. (I saw we becasue he's been a good model and stood there while I've applied the materials to his body. Kuno has been a big help too.)
